As a space intended for the use of the general public, especially for those who loves coffee. A well known F&B restaurant along with it's "out of the box" design paradigm, is a combination of steel and glass materials with wooden roof designs gives more attractive and elegant.

This residence is situated at old San Roque, Pili, Camarines sur, Philippines. The design is patently by AG&Ddesigns which touches the modern Filipino contemporary Architecture. From those Color schemes used which defines the primitive dwelling of a native filipino, and to the extent of incorporating a wood + glass materials that makes it modern contemporary.

A soon to rise mixed use building which mainly serve the offices. The development was maximized without compromising the existing law of the municipality, and the National Building code of the Philippines.
A massive building, features the colorful scheme as it suggest a commercial development to attract customers.
